Position Overview: Lucid is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sr. Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to identify, engage, and hire highly specialized professionals who will contribute to the success of our manufacturing processes. Your ability to understand complex roles, assess candidate alignment, and drive an exceptional hiring experience will be essential to our continued growth.  

You Will: 

• Own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for a variety of professional services roles across the organization. 
• Work closely with hiring managers to comprehend the technical specifications, team synergies, and business objectives pertinent to manufacturing operations roles.  
• Prioritizes quality over quantity in candidate selection and hiring decisions, approaching hiring under the lens of cost optimization.  
• Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies to identify high-caliber candidates across professional services functions. 
• Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including networking, online job boards, professional associations, and industry events, to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. 
• Conduct behavioral and functional interviews to assess candidate experience, competencies, and cultural fit. 
• Provide strategic guidance to hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices. 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System. 
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure a positive experience throughout the process.  
• Collaborate with the U.S. Talent Acquisition team and global stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies. 
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and job fairs to expand our network and talent pool. 
• Stay informed on emerging trends and technologies in the professional services manufacturing space to better evaluate candidate profiles. 

You Bring: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience) required.   
• Minimum of 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. 
• Proven success recruiting for corporate/professional roles such as finance, legal, HR, operations, or consulting. 
• Prior experience analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in sourcing strategies and candidate quality. 
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.  
• Proven record of accomplishment of successfully recruiting complex technical professionals, including roles such as process engineers, automation specialists, and quality control experts. 
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, technologies, and industry trends. 
• Strong understanding of professional services functions and the ability to evaluate complex role requirements. 
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. 
• Proficiency in conducting technical interviews and assessments. 
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Greenhouse preferred or other recruitment software. 
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment targets and metrics. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, effectively managing a high-volume requisition load while adapting to shifting priorities. 
• Elevated level of energy, enthusiasm, and collaborative mindset.  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
