
Mobility Specialist
We are looking for an experienced Mobility and Relocation Services Specialist to help scale Lucid’s mobility program and improve the mobility experience for all of our KAEC employees. This position will act as a subject matter expert to internal key stakeholders and mobile employees regarding international and domestic relocations, while ensuring application of standard procedures and tax compliance. The ideal candidate will manage the program for all of our mobile employees, while creating a superior employee experience.
You Will:
- Administer and enhance Lucid’s Global Mobility policies, processes and procedures
- Prepare assignment relocation budgets and cost projections for permanent relocations and assignments
- Serve as a main point of contact for mobile employees and external mobility/relocation vendors
- Oversee domestic and international mobility needs and liaise with employees, managers, HR and relocation vendors on all relocation matters
- Generate international relocation cost estimates and provide management for approval
- Maintain, update and create trackers and reports for all relocations and assignments
- Conduct initial consultation with assignees and gather information to assess special needs and tax/visa implications and administer accordingly
- Proactively manage issues, escalations, and exceptions to help support a positive employee experience while monitoring compliance, cost, and policy adherence
- Identify and recommend methods to enhance processes and procedures; lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training
- Work with project stakeholders and pro-actively advise on international assignment compensation, including home/host payroll issues, cost analysis, tax equalization, immigration, etc.
- Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, standards, and other known relevant policies and guidelines; works cross-functionally with Legal, Payroll, HR and Finance teams.
You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ progressive experience with at least 3 years working in mobility program delivery
- Experience with Ineo Move Track, Greenhouse, and/or SAP SuccessFactors, preferred
- Experience partnering with global immigration teams, preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service/business partnering skills, including appropriate use of tact, flexibility, initiative, and discretion
- Proven ability to work autonomously and coordinate/prioritize multiples activities, while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Heightened sense of urgency, meet assigned deadlines and communicate status updates to managers and other internal stakeholders
- Stay informed and up to date on all mobility trends
