
HR Generalist
Position Overview:
The HR Generalist supports the execution of core HR functions across Lucid’s AMP-2 facility, ensuring compliance, consistency, and efficiency in HR service delivery. The role is responsible for employee relations, recruitment support, HR operations, and policy implementation while serving as a trusted resource for employees and managers.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and HR support.
- Support employee engagement, recognition, and cultural initiatives.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and Saudi labor law.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening and interview coordination.
- Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and integration of new employees.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee data in HRIS.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law and Lucid’s policies.
- Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for management.
- Conduct labor investigations and problem solving.
- Performance & Development
- Support the performance management process (goal setting, reviews, feedback).
- Coordinate training sessions and track employee participation.
Compensation & Benefits

- Address employee queries related to compensation and benefits

- Proficiency in HRIS systems (preferred: ATS Greenhouse; ERP: SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and related regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
