You Bring:

  • 5+ years of High-volume manufacturing and assembly plant experience supporting Chassis and Fasteners in a Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering role.
  • Supplier industrialization, SQE, APQP, and PPAP experience.
  • Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and potential failure modes related to materials, manufacturing processes, and heat treatment.
  • Strong leadership abilities including accountability, data analysis, dealing with difficult situations, executive communication, and budget management.
