
CX Intern
About the Program:
This opportunity is tailored for fresh Saudi graduates who are passionate about enhancing customer satisfaction and service quality. The trainee will support the Customer Experience (CX) team in improving service delivery and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing customer feedback and identifying areas for service improvement
- Support the development and implementation of customer satisfaction surveys
- Help manage communication channels (e.g., call centers, email, social media)
- Participate in service design workshops and user journey mapping
- Monitor service performance metrics and prepare reports
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
- Contribute to the development of digital tools and self-service platforms
- Assist in organizing customer engagement initiatives and events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields
- Saudi national
- Eligible for the Tamheer program (registered on Taqat.sa, not employed in the last 6 months, and no prior Tamheer participation)
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
