
Product Marketing Manager
Role Summary
We are seeking a passionate, driven, and business-minded Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing, Product Planning & Pricing team. This individual will play a critical role in shaping Lucid’s product and market strategy by translating insights into actionable business recommendations that fuel growth and competitive advantage.
You will work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to evaluate market trends, define content and feature value, and help guide product decisions that resonate with our customers and strengthen Lucid’s market position.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic product decisions.
- Develop and present data-driven recommendations to enhance product positioning, improve profitability, and drive market share expansion.
- Collaborate closely with Program Management and Sales teams to assess product content, feature valuation, and lifecycle optimization.
- Support go-to-market strategies and ensure product messaging aligns with Lucid’s brand vision and business objectives.
- Coordinate commercial launch activities, ensuring cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Sales, PR communications, Service, Program Management, IT, and regional teams for new vehicle launches, model year changes, and software OTA GTM strategies, with timely execution
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Monitor key performance indicators to track product performance and market impact.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of professional experience in product marketing, product planning, or business strategy — automotive industry experience strongly preferred.
- Proficient in data analysis, Excel, and business modeling; experience with BI or data visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into compelling stories and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
- Project management expertise with strong cross-functional collaboration skill
- A passion for technology, innovation, and the evolving mobility landscape.
Base Pay Range (Annual)
$139,100 - $204,050 USD
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
