We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Brand Communications Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role will support the team by managing smaller creative projects and assisting with administrative tasks. It is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in brand communications and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Support:
    • Assist with ad hoc creative requests from the wider business, including advertisements, flyers, and other small-scale projects.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Project Administration:
    • Support project management tasks, including raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and tracking budgets.
    • Assist with reporting and documentation for ongoing campaigns and activities.
  • General Team Support:
    • Help maintain marketing calendars and ensure alignment across projects.
    • Provide administrative support for events, photoshoots, and brand activations as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of marketing and brand communications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Learning Objectives:
By the end of the internship, you will:

  • Gain practical experience in managing creative projects from brief to delivery.
  • Understand the fundamentals of brand communications and paid media operations.
  • Learn how to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Develop skills in marketing administration, including budgeting, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Build familiarity with marketing tools, processes, and campaign performance metrics.
