Lucid Motors is seeking a highly motivated Product Launch Coordinator Intern to support the planning and execution of product launches across the automotive lifecycle. This role provides hands-on exposure to cross-functional program coordination within a fast-paced, innovative environment. The intern will work closely with regional and global stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, and operations to ensure launch readiness, alignment, and execution excellence.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, process-driven, and confident in working with diverse teams. This role requires a strong sense of ownership, the ability to facilitate meetings, track commitments, and follow up to ensure accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end product launch activities, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and timelines are clearly defined and tracked.
  • Coordinate cross-functional launch plans across multiple departments and regions.
  • Prepare and maintain launch documentation, trackers, dashboards, and status reports.
  • Facilitate recurring launch meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, action tracking, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure alignment between stakeholders by proactively identifying gaps, risks, and dependencies.
  • Support issue tracking, escalation, and resolution in collaboration with launch and program leads.
  • Apply structured, process-driven approaches to improve launch coordination and execution.
  • Analyze launch data, KPIs, and readiness metrics to support decision-making.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to launch processes and governance.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Process-driven approach with an interest in program management and operational excellence.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to lead meetings, align stakeholders, and drive follow-ups.
  • Demonstrated ability to hold peers accountable in a professional and constructive manner.
  • Comfortable working across regions, time zones, and diverse teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and credibility.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
  • Interest in the automotive industry, product launches, and innovation.
