
Sales Operations Intern
The Role:
- Support day-to-day operations focused on Sales and Sales Operations in a constantly changing environment.
- Assist the Programs and Process functions to help define effective sales processes, determine what success looks like, and how to measure it.
- Assist and perform project management activities to ensure successful and timely completion of key projects.
- Perform testing and implement improvements on new functionality and tools.
- Launch new processes and tools, create training materials, and ensure compliance.
- Support different business areas by providing key data on request.
- Support in creating guidelines and talking points related to sales campaigns, process, and system improvements.
- Complete any ad-hoc activities based on priorities and key projects.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English (Level C1 or higher).
- Studies within Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or similar fields.
- Passion for Electric Vehicles: A genuine interest in electric vehicles, sustainable mobility, and environmental consciousness.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment, adapting to changing needs and demands.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools (Microsoft Office); Salesforce and/or JIRA experience is highly valued.
- Analytical skills: Ability to perform simple data analysis and report statistics with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Self-starter: Demonstrating initiative and a can-do attitude when approaching tasks.
- Curiosity: Eager to learn with a positive attitude.
