
Internal Communications Intern
We’re looking for a proactive and creative Internal Communications Intern to support our European organization. In this role, you’ll help bring our internal communications to life, ensuring employees feel informed, connected, and engaged. You’ll play a key role in day-to-day communications, content creation, and intranet updates. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment while contributing to meaningful cultural and strategic initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Draft and publish internal messages across various channels (e.g., Microsoft Teams, email, intranet)
- Keep the intranet updated and engaging, ensuring content is relevant and easy to navigate
- Support communication planning for internal events, announcements, and company-wide initiatives
- Create clear, concise, and visually engaging content (e.g., templates, newsletters, graphics)
- Work cross-functionally to collect stories, updates, and insights to share with our teams
- Contribute ideas to strengthen employee communications and internal engagement
Key Deliverable: European Internal Communications Toolkit
By the end of your internship, you will help create a refreshed Internal Communications Toolkit tailored to our European organization, which may include:
- A simple internal communications audit
- Updated message templates for announcements, newsletters, and Microsoft Teams posts
- A tone of voice guide for internal communications in Europe
- A lightweight content calendar for recurring communications
- Recommendations to improve current internal communications channels and practices
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- A strong sense of clarity, tone, and audience in written content
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Creative thinker with basic design or visual storytelling skills (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud)
- Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn
- Studying Communications, Marketing, Journalism, HR, or a related field
- Bonus: Experience with intranet platforms or content management systems (e.g., SharePoint)
