
Sr. EHS Specialist, Data Analysis and Management System
We are currently seeking an EHS Specialist - Data Analysis and Management Systems to support Lucid’s growing business; this role can be based on our Phoenix Hub or Casa Grande manufacturing site, and will report to the Director of Environmental, Health, and Safety for Manufacturing & Retail.
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excellence supporting a Global EHS function as well as possess the ability to learn quickly, and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced and rapid-growth environment.
You will:
• Assist with the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS Management System elements pertaining to all Lucid operations.
• Serve as the project leader for Lucid’s EHS Management Systems to ensure continual conformance to ISO 140001 & ISO 45001 standards.
• Provide governance for EHS information systems, EHS business processes and data integrity.
• Provide technical support on critical business needs, by effectively collaborating with users to solve technical issues, and author technical specification documents.
• Architect solutions to integrate EHS systems with existing Cloud infrastructure, manage deployments and system maintenance.
• Work closely with third-party vendors including software providers and consultants to implement new solutions.
• Lead the Documentation control system, create and execute EHS project plans, develop functional requirement documents, process flows, gap analysis, testing scenarios, managing QA/UAT, and managing tasks.
• Enable informed decision making by developing EHS performance metrics reports – Business Intelligent (BI) reports, EHS report cards, and EHS KPIs dashboard tools.
• Continuously drives improvements and automation to increase quality, improve employee experience, and enable rapid scaling.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders (such as Finance, IT, business functions, and external service
You bring:
• 5 + years’ experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements.
• Demonstrated successful delivery of results through influence and cross-functional collaboration.
• Organized, analytical, detail-oriented, problem-solver, and focused on results.
