
Manager, GTM & Sales Strategic Initiatives
As the Manager, GTM & Sales Strategic Initiatives you will lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of go-to-market (GTM) programs and sales readiness initiatives across channels that empower Sales, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and strategic alignment across the organization. You will be hands on and collaborate closely with diverse business functions to ensure seamless execution and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple high-impact GTM and sales strategic programs simultaneously, ensuring operational excellence and timely delivery.
- Provide clear and concise program updates, risk assessments, and strategic implications to senior leadership.
- Oversee end-to-end project deliverables, ensuring stakeholder alignment and securing necessary approvals.
- Represent business needs in cross-functional discussions and ensure coordination of user acceptance testing (UAT) signoffs with technical teams.
- Develop comprehensive project strategies, including business requirement briefs, detailed project plans and tracking tools.
- Partner with cross functional teams across Sales, Procurement, Financial Services, Product, IT Systems, Digital, Marketing, Brand, Communications, Training, Legal, Accounting, Finance, and more.
Qualifications
- 7 + years of direct experience in project or program management within GTM, Sales, Strategy, or Marketing functions.
- 2 + years of experience managing people.
- Proven ability to deliver executive-level summaries and insights, both written and verbal, to senior stakeholders.
- Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Demonstrated success managing deliverables across technical and non-technical teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal skills.
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead meetings and engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with project management tools and tracking systems.
- Ownership mindset with a collaborative, hands on, and team-oriented approach.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities concurrently.
