
Integrated Marketing Senior Specialist
The Integrated Marketing Senior Specialist leads the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, demand, and cultural relevance. This role owns campaigns from concept through launch and optimization, partnering closely with internal teams and external agencies to translate strategic priorities into cohesive marketing programs.
The role requires both strategic thinking and operational leadership- developing campaign frameworks, managing agency partners, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution across channels.
You Will:
Integrated Campaign Development
- Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns that support brand, product, and business objectives
- Translate strategic priorities into campaign concepts, messaging frameworks, and activation plans
- Partner with leadership to define campaign objectives, target audiences, and success metrics
- Develop campaign briefs and work closely with agency partners to shape creative and channel strategy
Agency Management & Creative Development
- Manage external agency partners responsible for campaign development, creative, and execution
- Provide clear direction through briefs, feedback, and strategic guidance to ensure work aligns with brand and business priorities
- Lead campaign development processes including briefings, concept reviews, and production planning
- Ensure agency work is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with campaign objectives
Cross-Functional Campaign Leadership
- Serve as the central campaign lead across marketing functions including brand, creative, partnerships, social, experiential, PR, and retail teams
- Align stakeholders around campaign strategy, timelines, and deliverables
- Lead campaign kickoffs, working sessions, and milestone reviews to ensure progress and alignment
Campaign Execution & Operations
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and cross-channel execution plans
- Coordinate asset development and distribution across marketing teams
- Maintain integrated campaign calendars and planning tools
- Ensure consistent messaging and creative execution across all campaign touchpoints
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance and track progress against defined KPIs
- Partner with analytics teams to assess campaign effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities
- Lead post-campaign recaps and capture insights to inform future campaigns
You Bring:
- 3-5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, or campaign management
- Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- A positive attitude and bias for action
- Experience managing creative or marketing agencies
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to lead complex campaigns
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
