
SEC Reporting Supervisor
We are seeking a SEC reporting supervisor to expand our team and support the growth of the Company. This role will be involved in various aspect of our SEC reporting including the filing of our Form 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and internal reporting. The person will also be performing accounting research to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC rules & regulations.
You Will:
- Prepare and review SEC filings (10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks) in Workiva and assist with XBRL review process
- Prepare supporting documentation for SEC filings including tie-out
- Lead the effort to complete the quarterly and annual GAAP disclosure checklist
- Monitor and research new accounting standard pronouncements and SEC disclosure requirements
- Perform U.S. GAAP guidance research and benchmarking against industry peers and provide recommendation
- Assist in the coordination of external audit/quarterly reviews
- Assist with quarterly review of investor relations material.
- Monitor SOX controls to ensure compliance
- Maintain corporate reporting calendar and coordinate deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Accounting operations, Treasury, FP&A, Investor Relations and Legal
- Recommend and assist in the implementation of process improvements to streamline processes
- Work on ad hoc projects
You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 3+ years of big four public accounting experience
- CPA license or a progression toward the license is required
- Experience with Workiva preferred
- Understanding of XBRL/EDGAR filing requirements
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams
- Good understanding of financial statements, U.S. GAAP, and SEC reporting regulations
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Proven ability to prioritize activities and manage workload in a complex fast-paced environment with deadlines
Base Pay Range (Annual)
$113,900 - $156,640 USD
