
Corporate Sales Supervisor
Lucid provides exceptional customer service and ensures our customers have seamless experience with our products and services. We are seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Supervisor to lead the sales team, support daily operations, and uphold our high standards of customer satisfaction.
Job Description:
As a sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily sales activities, guiding the sales team, maintaining strong relationships with corporate and government clients, and ensuring smooth coordination with the operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key government and corporate clients.
- Act as the primary escalation point for client inquiries, concerns, and post-sale support.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Receive government and corporate clients and present vehicle specifications.
- Monitor accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce (SFDC), including client interactions, sales progress, and team performance.
- Provide ongoing coaching and participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Facilitate external visits and meetings with Fleet and Government clients to strengthen relationships and understand their specific needs.
- Oversee and assist with arranging test drives.
Qualifications:
- Ability to write and speak both Arabic and English.
- Valid driving license with 5+ years of driving experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer-facing or sales leadership roles is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in customer service and sales management tools.
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
