Sales Specialists (fixed hourly + uncapped bi-weekly commission)
- Guide customers through a personalized end‑to‑end sales journey by assessing needs, demonstrating product expertise, conducting test drives, and maintaining strong relationships that convert interest into loyal Lucid ownership.
- Own the sales pipeline and transaction process by managing CRM activity in Salesforce, meeting sales goals, facilitating financing and documentation, and coordinating closely with Financial Services and Delivery teams to ensure a smooth order‑to‑delivery experience.
- Deliver a premium, brand‑defining experience through clear communication, deep knowledge of the competitive EV landscape, and a goal‑driven mindset that pairs exceptional customer experience with high performance.
Studio Associate: (Unlicensed locations) (fixed hourly + bi-weekly market performance bonus)
- Serve as a Lucid brand ambassador and first point of contact by welcoming guests, creating excitement around Lucid products, capturing leads, and delivering personalized, high‑touch customer interactions that begin each customer’s journey.
- Engage, educate, and inspire customers by assessing needs, communicating product and community benefits, conducting test drives, leveraging CRM tools to manage pipelines, and articulating Lucid’s advantages within the premium EV landscape.
- Support studio operations and brand excellence by maintaining pristine studio presentation, identifying process improvements, assisting with daily operations and events, and contributing flexibly to a fast‑paced, dynamic retail environment.

Delivery Associates
- Deliver exceptional, personalized vehicle handoffs by guiding customers through Lucid vehicle features, setting clear expectations before delivery, answering post‑delivery questions, and representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Own the end‑to‑end delivery and lease‑end process by managing delivery and grounding pipelines, ensuring vehicle readiness, completing quality checks, accurately documenting all activity in Salesforce, and finalizing required paperwork.
- Coordinate seamless delivery operations by staging vehicles, arranging final‑mile transport, supporting offsite and remote deliveries, and assisting with daily operations to ensure a smooth, customer‑centric experience.
Vehicle Operations Assistants
- Support vehicle readiness and lot operations by washing, staging, charging, updating software, and organizing vehicles to ensure they are prepared for sale or customer delivery.
- Facilitate vehicle movements and logistics by transporting customer, inventory, and loaner vehicles; coordinating with external carriers; and assisting with loading, unloading, inspections, and documentation.
- Enable smooth daily delivery operations by supporting the Delivery team with hands‑on operational tasks, adapting to changing priorities, and delivering a consistently positive Lucid customer experience.
Vehicle Operations Specialists
- Manage onsite vehicle inventory and readiness, ensuring accurate tracking, clean and organized lots, and vehicles that are charged, updated, inspected, and ready for sale or delivery.
- Coordinate vehicle flow and logistics by partnering with internal teams on inbound shipments, intake inspections, repairs, lease returns, trade-ins, fleet vehicles, and transfers between locations.
- Support sales and the customer experience by providing clear vehicle status, assisting with deliveries during peak periods, and maintaining operational excellence that reflects the Lucid brand.
Delivery Manager:
- Lead and develop high‑performing delivery teams by overseeing Delivery Associates and Vehicle Operations Specialists and Assistants, coaching for excellence, ensuring compliant, accurate transactions, and delivering a seamless, customer‑centric vehicle delivery experience.
- Own delivery, trade‑in, lease‑return, and inventory operations by managing vehicle readiness, forecasting and flow, trade‑in intake and inspections, documentation accuracy, and cross‑functional coordination with Sales, Financial Services, Remarketing, Service, and logistics partners.
- Drive operational excellence and brand standards by managing delivery pipelines, resolving escalations, using data and Salesforce insights to remove barriers, uphold compliance, and ensure every customer touchpoint reflects Lucid’s premium brand promise.
Retail Management
- Own market performance and business health by setting and executing sales, marketing, and operational strategies, analyzing KPIs and trends, managing budgets, and removing barriers to consistently meet or exceed targets across the retail studio(s).
- Drive local and regional demand generation by leading outbound marketing, events, and partnerships that grow brand awareness, increase market share, and translate high‑quality traffic into Lucid owners.
- Lead, develop, and inspire high‑performing teams by hiring and coaching talent, setting clear goals, resolving escalations, and delivering a seamless, premium customer experience that reflects Lucid’s brand at every touchpoint.
- Deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience by ensuring consistent, personalized interactions across the studio, supporting complex customer situations, managing VIP relationships, and serving as a senior sales advisor when needed.
- Own studio operations and execution by overseeing day‑to‑day retail performance, scheduling, merchandising, facility standards, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure a seamless, on‑brand customer journey from reservation through delivery.
