We are looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Manager to optimize processes, analyze key metrics, and manage tools that drive marketing, sales, and customer success. This role ensures data integrity, streamlines workflows, and enhances funnel management reporting to maximize growth impact.
Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize growth ops: Own and enhance processes for marketing, sales, and customer success to improve performance and amplify the impact of the growth team.
- Analyze and report growth funnel metrics: Support growth team leads by reporting on volume, velocity, stage-to-stage conversions, and average value. Enable funnel analysis across acquisition channels, industries, geographies, and company sizes.
- Manage operational tools: Oversee growth operational tools and be the primary contact for tool-related queries and issues.
- Onboard and train teams: Educate sales, marketing, and customer success teams on internal tools and CRM processes.
- Provide data expertise: Serve as the go-to expert for internal and external data sources.
- Solve operational challenges: Identify growth hindrances, conduct analyses, and implement data-driven solutions in collaboration with other functions.
- Ensure data integrity: Design, document, and enforce processes to minimize incomplete or inaccurate data.
- Lead project management: Develop and manage project plans with clear deliverables, track progress, address obstacles, and ensure timely completion.
- Report operational impact: Measure and report how operational initiatives affect the growth team and overall funnel performance. Maintain and improve reporting dashboards.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4+ years in sales/revenue/growth operations or technical data-related roles.
- Analytical mindset: Passion for numbers and proven problem-solving skills.
- Ownership: Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish.
- Tool proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of HubSpot is required.
- Project management: Experience in managing complex projects is a strong plus.
- Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English; ability to present deliverables clearly and concisely.
