Our products, business, and workplace culture have received numerous awards, such as being named to the Forbes Cloud 100 and a Fortune Best Workplace in Technology. Lucid is a hybrid workplace, allowing employees to work remotely, from one of our offices, or a combination of the two depending on the needs of the role and team. At Lucid, we hold true to our core values of teamwork over ego, innovation in everything we do, individual empowerment, initiative, and ownership, and passion and excellence in every area. We value diverse perspectives and are dedicated to creating an environment that is respectful and inclusive for everyone.

As the Campus Talent Specialist, you are the operational lead for our university programs and a key point of contact for our hiring leaders, working closely with them to understand their team's specific needs. You will own the full campus recruitment cycle. This includes building new university relationships to managing high-volume applicant flows within our CRM, while ensuring our campus activities align with internal hiring goals. By coordinating the logistics of events and attendance, you will provide a seamless experience for both candidates and the managers who hire them. This role is perfect for a methodical, relationship-driven individual who thrives on process efficiency and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for university career centers, faculty, and student organizations to build long-term, high-impact partnerships.
  • Foster deep relationships with hiring leaders across Lucid, ensuring talent pipelines align directly with team growth objectives.
  • Serve as the internal expert for teams looking to build new internship programs or iterate on existing ones, focusing specifically on increasing conversion rates from interns to full-time hires.
  • Represent Lucid at campus events, student onsite visits, and Q&A sessions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to build effective, scalable hiring processes tailored to the unique rhythms of campus recruiting.
  • Execute the end-to-end logistics for all campus activities, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both candidates and internal interviewers.
  • Thrive on process improvement, ensuring that the high-volume nature of campus recruiting never compromises the quality of the candidate experience.
  • Utilize the CRM, ATS, and campus management systems (e.g., Handshake) to manage candidate flow and event scheduling.
  • Fill internship requisitions with high-quality candidates and support sourcing efforts to identify pipelines of passive, entry-level talent.
  • Manage high-volume applicant influx during peak seasons and provide recruiting coordination support as needed to keep the engine running smoothly.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, university relations, or a similar HR support role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence hiring managers and engage authentically with students.
  • Establish and maintain a data-driven approach to recruitment by tracking event attendance and applicant conversion rates, to provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Willingness to travel during peak recruitment seasons (September–November and January–March) to represent Lucid at career fairs, information sessions, tabling events, and other campus programs.
  • Exposure to ATS platforms, campus management systems, and other candidate communication tools.
  • Ability to manage complex event logistics and multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
  • This is a hybrid role, combining remote work with in-person collaboration at our South Jordan, Utah office as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Greenhouse or other similar ATS systems
  • Experience with program management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Trello, Airfocus).
  • Experience facilitating intern-facing events or managing formal internship programs.
  • Familiarity with Lucidchart or Lucidspark for workflow organization and visual collaboration.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
