Position Overview:
 
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and President, ensuring efficient operation of the executive office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Handle travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Act as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Manage confidential information with discretion
  • Assist with special projects and event planning
