Overview

Lucky Lincoln Gaming is seeking a CRM Data Analyst to join our Chicago-based team. Our CRM Analyst will be responsible for retrieving data from Lucky Lincoln video gaming terminals (VGTs) and connecting that data to our CRM, HubSpot, leveraging data visualization to communicate complex data in a clear, engaging manner.

 

Lucky Lincoln Gaming is a licensed Video Gaming Terminal Operator in Illinois established in 2013 with over 230 locations at present. Our dedication to providing exceptional service to our clients and customers and our tenured expertise and experience have established our team as one of the top Terminal Operators in the state of Illinois!

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection and Cleaning: Extract, clean, and validate data from our Lucky Lincoln video gaming devices and equipment using HubSpot and proprietary platforms.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data using statistical techniques and tools such as PowerBI and reporting from the Illinois Gaming Board to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
  • Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations in HubSpot and future databases to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Insights and Recommendations: Embodying our “self-propelled!” core value by proactively providing actionable insights and recommendations based on a comprehensive data analysis.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other key leadership and departments, including our VP of Sales, our Marketing Leader, VP of Strategy and Product team to understand their data needs and provide support.
  • Problem-Solving: Representing our “get it done attitude!”core value by identifying issues and improving data quality and reporting processes.
  • Documentation: Document data processes, methodologies, and findings for future reference and knowledge sharing.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a CRM Data Analyst or in a similar role. Experience with homemade proprietary platforms and HubSpot preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is desirable. Adaptability and agility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to C-Suite and Executive level team and non-technical stakeholders alike.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics.
  • Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
