Our dedication to providing exceptional service to our clients and customers and our tenured expertise and experience have established our team as one of the top Terminal Operators in the state of Illinois! 

 

Our team is seeking an experienced Field Sales Manager to join our Chicago-based team. This individual will play a key role in expanding our footprint in the Video Gaming Terminal (VGT) industry. This role is ideal for a natural people leader with a passion for sales, an understanding of the hospitality industry, and a results-oriented mindset.   

 

As our Field Sales Manager, you will lead our Sales team of Account Executives, monitoring their activity and strategy and advising and guiding them to success. Your main focuses will be people management and new business development.  

 

What you’ll do 

  • Lead and direct our Sales team to identify and develop opportunities that align with our industry. 
  • Partner with leadership to develop strategy and execution 
  • Support direct reports in closing when necessary 
  • Responsible for reporting on relevant metrics and KPIs 
  • Advise team on best practices 
  • Hold team accountable for weekly, monthly, and annual goals 
  • Other duties as assigned  

 

The Successful Candidate Will Have 

  • 3+ years of experience in a management role 
  • Outside sales experience in the entertainment or hospitality industry  
  • Experience in long sales cycles and customer excellence 
  • Experience in developing and building new territories and forging relationships 
  • Ability to lead and motivate with a passion for coaching and developing talent   
  • Ability to effectively communicate with direct reports and C-Suite alike 
  • Ability to travel as necessary
