What You’ll Own
As Field Sales Manager, you’ll be more than a coach – you’ll be the strategic engine behind our Sales team’s success. You'll lead a team of Account Executives and focus on two critical areas: people leadership and new business growth.

Drive team strategy, goals, and performance across the sales pipeline

Partner closely with leadership on market expansion and big-picture execution

Guide team members through long sales cycles, helping them close key deals

Deliver sharp insights through KPIs and performance metrics

Motivate and mentor your team through coaching, accountability, and recognition

Stay agile – adapt, evolve, and contribute where needed
What You Bring to the Table

2+ years of sales team management experience

A proven track record in outside sales, ideally in hospitality or entertainment

Strong grasp of relationship-building and developing new territories

Confident communicator with experience engaging both frontline and executive stakeholders

A collaborative mindset, driven by coaching and performance development

Comfortable traveling as needed to support your team and meet clients
