The Role: 

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Development Manager is crucial in generating sales-qualified leads and supporting internal business functions associated with lead generation. This position involves increasing Ludia Consulting's sales presence via Microsoft and customer relationship management, meeting cadences, and sales communications through various mediums. The ideal candidate will deeply understand the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, digital sales processes and who has a proven record of accomplishment in business development. 

Essential Functions: 

 Lead Generation: 

  • Source and qualify sales leads within the Microsoft Dynamics Physical Operations space. 
  • Conduct market research, perform prospect outreach, and schedule meetings with sales prospects. 
  • Create and manage Microsoft seller relationships, communications and lead enablement utilizing Ludia Consulting's Internal CRM, ZoomInfo, and supporting systems. 
  • Manage Digi-Sales programs to create top-of-funnel activities, including outbound emails, social media strategies, and voice communications for prospective clients. 

Microsoft Seller/Manager Sales Cadences: 

  • Establish and pursue Ludia Consulting High-Value Targets within the Microsoft Account List (M.A.L.) for Microsoft-managed accounts. 
  • Increase Ludia Consulting's sales presence and opportunities through planned Microsoft cadence calls with presentations, insights, and market data for Microsoft sellers. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft Sales team members and Managers. 

Lead to Opportunity Conversion: 

  • Conduct outreach, schedule internal/external meetings, and create opportunity conversion plans utilizing Ludia Consulting's internal systems, including Teams channels and CRM. 
  • Lead and schedule opportunity brief meetings for key Ludia Consulting stakeholders and establish a recommended opportunity closure plan. 

Skills & Competencies: 

  • Undergraduate or master's degree in information systems or a related field. 
  • Demonstrated experience in selling to Microsoft Dynamics 365 clients. 
  • Proven experience in supporting complex sales processes involving multiple team members and decision-makers. 
  • Proven experience in working in a complex sales cycle and opportunity environment by managing expectations and task priorities. 
  • Experience leveraging Microsoft Dynamics CRM for lead generation, documentation, and opportunity tracking. 
  • Experience managing ZoomInfo Sales and Engage for outbound email communications 
  • Experience working with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Products 
  • Excellent influence and negotiation skills. 
  • Strong executive presence and business acumen. 
  • Outstanding communication skills with a professional demeanor. 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients at all levels within an organization. 
  • Energetic and thrives on learning new concepts. 
  • Ability to travel to client sites within the United States.
