As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SC Technical Architect, you will be a crucial member of our Ludia Family to understand and transition functional concepts into technical solutions using modern design principles and best practices in Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain for our customers and internal initiatives.  While working with management, you will be expected to create, estimate and deliver technical and integration designs. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and experience in leading technical architecture designs and teams during Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain projects. This position combines a strong focus on consulting abilities with an equally important emphasis on technological know-how. To succeed, you will demonstrate the ability to learn new concepts quickly and communicate ideas effectively to deliver complex Microsoft Dynamics solutions.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead technical project deliveries, including technical analysis, code design review, and code performance optimization -- contributing to successful Dynamics implementations.
  • Plan, manage and execute Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain and Power Platform technical project deliverables.
  • Directly communicate with stakeholders to provide technical deliverable updates and upcoming deadlines.
  • Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications and project plans
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture while mentoring a growing team of Dynamics consultants.
  • Establish and adhere to Enterprise architecture best practices across technical and functional lines and Microsoft Products.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and project artifacts
  • Collaborate with Microsoft FastTrack and Engineering teams to gain deep product insights along with customer solution design review.
  • Act as a bridge between consulting leadership and technical team members in the organization.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution design, scoping, and proposal development.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Technology, MIS, CIS or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • 7+ years of experience in technical architecture and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 platform capabilities and limitations, as well as related technologies such as Azure and Power Platform
  • Experience in multiple Dynamics 365 ERP projects is required
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 F&SC in the following areas:
    • Minimum 7+ years X++ development experience
    • Data Management Framework (aka DIXF).
    • PowerApps, LogicApps, Azure Portal/ Services, SharePoint, C#, SQL Server, Common Data Service and other Azure Services, including Azure Functions, Azure Event Grid, etc.
    • Understanding of Synchronous and Asynchronous integration patterns.
    • Role-based security design and customization.
    • Extensible Data Security.
    • SSRS Report development and Power BI.
    • Code builds and deployment via Azure DevOps and LifeCycle Services (LCS).
    • Understanding of Azure Licensing and Costing is a Plus.
  • Experience with two or more Microsoft Dynamics functional areas, preferably: Finance, Trade & Logistics, Warehouse Management, Sales, Marketing, Service, Production, Manufacturing, and other modules
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, estimate and deliver tasks meeting deadlines
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Experience working with a multicultural and/or multilingual team across several time zones
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification(s) preferred
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform experience

 Desirable Experience: 

  • Master's degree in information systems management; degrees in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
  • Dynamics 365, CE/CRM experience
  • Project Management experience
