About the Role
You are the compass guiding the sales teams in our high jewelry salons. Your expertise in analyzing, crafting, and disseminating effective sales strategies will be paramount. You play a key part in developing the prospective client and existing books of business. You will collaborate with the salon sales team for each sales opportunity to foster client relationships. This involves shaping individualized sales strategies and action plans for both clients and the salon. Success in this role means you have an innate ability to articulate insights with clarity, exhibit flexibility in aligning with business demands, and possess impeccable organizational processes.
What you will do
- Organize sales information and tailor sales strategies that feed the company’s targets, as well as data-driven CRM and research methodology – Fly-Fishing.
- In partnership with Salon Directors, you will work closely with the Sales teams to develop individualized strategies to connect with leads, convert prospects, and develop clients through your research and data analytics tools, driving follow-up.
- Work closely with HQ teams to report your market challenges and successes, learn and adapt to other teams' best practices, and be a sales team resource.
- Recognize patterns based on research, both on the individual and market level, to bring creative opportunities and ideas to the sales teams and salon directors.
- Proactively and methodically seek out new connection points that uncover additional relationships and maximize all aspects of our market's assets.
- Identifying untapped opportunities for the sales team to target based on research and analysis to elaborate the plan to take action.
- Conduct market research on philanthropic organizations, prospective businesses, and key opportunities.

- Technology is an important tool that you use to process information, analyze data, and stay organized – you are comfortable working with CRM systems, analytics, workflow, and data visualization tools.

Pay Transparency
Total annual compensation target is $100,000 (base salary plus quarterly bonus). The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
