About You

You are a results-driven media buyer with a strategic mindset and a sharp eye for brand alignment. Equally comfortable negotiating with vendors or analyzing campaign performance, you blend creativity with data to drive high-impact media placements across print, digital, and out-of-home channels. Collaborative and detail-oriented, you excel at managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional partnerships to ensure every campaign meets its goals and elevates the brand. You stay ahead of industry trends and are always seeking smart, innovative ways to enhance visibility and engagement.

What You Will Do

• Manage and execute media buying strategies across print, digital, and out-of-home (OOH) platforms
• Plan, negotiate, and purchase advertising space for print publications, websites, social media, OOH (billboards, transit ads, etc.), and other digital platforms

• Ensure consistent and optimal positioning across all media platforms, maintaining the best visibility and impact for our brand at all times.
• Develop and maintain media buying schedules and budgets for all advertising channels
• Analyze media performance across all platforms, track key metrics, and provide regular reports on ROI and campaign effectiveness
• Research and identify new advertising opportunities and platforms, including emerging OOH trends and digital innovations
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand advertising goals and target audiences
• Work closely with design and creative teams to ensure all ads align with brand guidelines and messaging
• Manage the production and delivery of creative assets for all media campaigns, including OOH placements
• Negotiate rates and terms with media vendors, ensuring cost-effective advertising buys
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and digital and OOH advertising innovations
• Provide strategic recommendations based on media performance data to optimize future campaigns

What You Will Bring

• Proven experience in media buying across print, digital, and out-of-home platforms
• Strong knowledge of media planning and purchasing strategies for traditional and digital media
• Experience in OOH advertising and knowledge of various formats (billboards, digital boards, etc.)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with media vendors
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency across all media channels
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative team player who works well with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with media buying tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic platforms, OOH buying tools)
• Knowledge of industry trends and evolving digital and OOH advertising practices
• Experience with luxury goods or high-end brands is a plus

Pay Transparency

The targeted base compensation is $100,000 – 120,000 plus an annual bonus. The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Our workplace is clean, orderly, appropriately lighted and ventilated with the proper safety compliance. Noise levels are considered low and daily physical activities are considered light: office work, seldom lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, stooping, kneeling, or walking. Employees must have the stamina to work long hours if assigned. Hours and days of work may vary by position.
