WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Located at our Walker facility, a Wet Polisher works with granite, marble, and quartz to sand down and polish the stone before going to the customer. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Living Out Lumbermen’s Culture – Modeling Lumbermen's core values while creating an atmosphere where Lumbermen's is 'first choice' of our customers.
- Modeling Safety – Being a safety-minded team player who will contribute to the protection of all employee owners. Ability to work in a wet environment. Water is used to help sand the stone top.
- Prepare Materials – Performing polishing of countertops to customer specifications.
- Maintaining – Ability to keep a clean work environment.

Prior countertop experience is beneficial, but not required.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma/GED required
- Ability to work repetitively
- Ability to do physical labor including lifting up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours/day
- Ability to operate a Hilo (training available)
