POSITION SUMMARY

Located at our Cottage Grove, MN location, we are looking to hire on several new team members to work on our door production floor. We are looking for excited and skilled individuals to join our team. We have the following openings available: 

• Custom Door Builder - experience in carpentry or construction is preferred 
• Warehouse Associate - experience using a forklift is required
• CNC Operator - experience with machine operating or maintenance of machinery required
• Finish Prep - experience working with paint or on a paint line preferred 
• Straight Truck Driver  - experience driving a box truck is preferred

This position offers a $300 annual clothing allowance to offset costs for work apparel, protective footwear, and PPE. 

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma/GED required
• Prior material handling work
• Prior warehouse management would be considered a plus
• Knowledge of exterior doors would be considered a plus, but not required

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Safe working practices
• Natural detail-orientation
• Ability to accurately read orders and stage material to internal customer needs
• Desire to “do things right the first time”

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to operate a forklift (Training provided)
• Ability to do physical labor including lifting of up to 75lbs=
