About the Role
This is not a traditional insurance or call-center sales role.
We’re hiring a Sales Representative who can own the full conversion process — from first inquiry to scheduled provider consult — in a fully remote, startup environment.
You’ll work with warm, inbound leads who have already expressed interest. Your job is to educate, build trust, follow up consistently, and guide patients to the next step. No scripts. No hand-holding. No “just transfer the lead.”

This Role Is NOT a Fit If You:

Have only worked in insurance call centers or BPO environments

Rely heavily on scripts and rigid call flows

Only handled one step of the sales process (e.g., just calling or just scheduling)

Need constant supervision or approvals to move a lead forward

Prefer highly structured, slow-moving organizations
This Role IS a Fit If You:

Have experience in startup, telehealth, DTC, or remote sales

Are comfortable owning follow-ups and conversions end-to-end

Know how to handle objections with empathy and clarity

Can manage your own pipeline and prioritize leads independently

Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential patients via phone, SMS, chat, and email

Educate leads on LumiMeds’ programs using approved, non-clinical messaging

Follow up persistently and thoughtfully with warm leads

Schedule qualified patients for provider consultations

Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline updates

Hit monthly conversion and follow-up KPIs

Collaborate with care and operations teams for smooth onboarding
Qualifications
-
3+ years of sales or customer success experience
-
Proven experience in a fully remote sales role (required)

Experience in telehealth, healthtech, wellness, SaaS, or DTC strongly preferred
-
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed conversion goals

Strong communication skills with a patient-centered approach

Comfortable using CRMs, Slack, Dialpad, spreadsheets, and similar tools

Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive
