About the Role
Lumi is looking for a hybrid powerhouse. Someone who is part Technical Consultant, part Onboarding Wizard, and part Customer Advocate.
You won’t just be answering tickets; you will be the primary bridge between our providers and our platform. You’ll own the "First 30 Days" of the provider journey, ensuring their technical setup is flawless and they are positioned for long-term success. If you enjoy solving puzzles, explaining technical concepts to non-techies, and seeing a partner thrive because of your help, this is for you.
What You’ll Do

Own the Onboarding: Lead new providers through the technical implementation process, ensuring data is synced and accounts are optimized.

Bridge the Gap: Act as the technical point of contact for providers, troubleshooting integration issues and platform bugs.

Proactive Success: Monitor provider health. If a provider isn't utilizing the platform, you’ll reach out to guide them.

Feedback Loop: Partner directly with the Manager to relay provider feedback, helping shape the product roadmap.

Documentation: Create simple, "idiot-proof" guides and Loom videos to help providers self-serve.
Who You Are

Technically Literate: You aren't necessarily a developer, but you understand APIs, webhooks, and how SaaS platforms talk to each other.

A Master Communicator: You can take a complex technical error and explain it simply to a business owner.

Problem Solver: You don't just report problems; you find workarounds and suggest long-term fixes.

Experience: You’ve worked in Technical Support, Onboarding, or Implementation for a software company.

Timezone: Comfortable working in a US Timezone.
