Role Overview
LumiMeds is a high-growth telehealth platform building the next generation of virtual telehealth infrastructure. We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the visual and functional evolution of our revenue-generating surfaces across web and mobile platforms. In this role, you will be the primary architect for our high-conversion storefronts, our native mobile experience, and our internal growth analytics engine.
You will bridge the gap between world-class aesthetic design and rigorous technical performance. Your mission is to transform raw user behavior data into elegant, high-performance interfaces that drive business growth and patient trust. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and growth to turn data-backed insights into polished, production-ready designs for both our web presence and our mission-critical mobile applications.
Core UI/UX & Mobile Domains
You will lead the design and optimization for the following critical systems:
- Mobile App & Web Storefronts: Designing end-to-end, mobile-first landing pages and product catalogs optimized for high-conversion and brand authority.
- Growth Analytics & Dashboards: Architecting internal-facing dashboards to visualize conversion funnels, subscription retention, and provider efficiency.
- Conversion Optimization & A/B Testing: Leading the strategy for experimental design on mobile and web, identifying friction points in the funnel through data analysis.
- Subscription & Billing UX: Designing the interfaces for complex recurring billing models and trial periods to ensure a frictionless checkout experience.
- AI-Enhanced Data Visualization: Leveraging LLMs to summarize complex patient and business data into digestible, actionable visual insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Dashboard & Data Design: Create intuitive, real-time dashboards that allow cross-functional teams to monitor funnels and system performance.
- Mobile-First Feature Ownership: Drive the design roadmap for the mobile app and website from initial concept to high-fidelity UI.
- Growth Experimentation: Partner with Product Managers to define hypotheses and design A/B test variants to measure the impact of UI changes on key business metrics.
- Performance & Core Web Vitals: Act as a guardian of the user experience, ensuring that data-heavy dashboards and mobile interfaces remain fast and meet elite performance standards.
- Aesthetic Engineering: Translate high-fidelity mocks into responsive, pixel-perfect experiences that maintain visual integrity across all devices.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all e-commerce and data visualization flows meet HIPAA and SOC2 standards for PII protection.
Required Hard Skills & Tools
- Figma & Mobile Prototyping: Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including advanced prototyping for complex mobile app flows and data-heavy dashboards.
- Analytics Toolkit: Professional experience designing for analytics platforms to inform product and design strategy.
- Data & Systems Literacy: Deep understanding of conversion funnels, subscription LTV, and building for complex state machines.
- Technical Understanding: Strong knowledge of modern web and mobile stacks to ensure designs are technically feasible.
- Visual Craft: An elite eye for typography, grid systems, and micro-interactions that build brand authority in a high-stakes industry.
Candidate Qualifications
- Five years of professional software or product design experience.
- The Dual-Threat Portfolio: Proven experience building both beautiful, high-traffic mobile/web storefronts and complex, data-driven dashboard applications.
- High Agency: Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and make high-leverage decisions without constant supervision.
- Communication: Professional proficiency in English for high-quality technical documentation and cross-functional collaboration.
Why Join LumiMeds?
- Design-Forward Culture: We believe healthcare should be beautiful and offer the technical freedom to build a premium, high-end brand experience.
- High Complexity: Solve "hard" engineering and design problems involving real-time data, mobile performance, and high-stakes reliability.
- Direct Impact: Your ability to build fast, intuitive, and beautiful interfaces directly affects patient outcomes and business growth.
