Pharmacy Partnership Specialist
About LumiMeds
LumiMeds is a fast-growing U.S.-based telehealth startup focused on weight management and long-term metabolic health. We are building the next generation of e-commerce and clinical infrastructure from the ground up.
As an early-stage company, we move quickly, operate with limited layers, and expect high ownership from every team member. There is no bureaucracy here — decisions happen fast, priorities evolve, and builders thrive.
We are a remote-first, globally distributed team that values clarity, accountability, and people who take initiative rather than wait for direction.
The Role
At LumiMeds, our pharmacy partners are a critical part of the patient experience. As our Pharmacy Partnership Specialist, you won't simply build a list of pharmacies—you'll identify, evaluate, and qualify the compounding partners that help deliver safe, timely, and reliable care to our patients.
You'll be the first point of contact with prospective pharmacy partners, ensuring they meet our operational and regulatory standards before introducing them to our Partnerships team.
What You'll Do
Research & Identify
Research and build a targeted pipeline of high-potential compounding pharmacies, with a strong focus on 503A and 503B facilities that align with LumiMeds' growth strategy.
Execute Outreach
Conduct high-volume, professional outreach through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn to pharmacy owners, pharmacists-in-charge, and business development leaders.
Qualify Potential Partners
Evaluate pharmacy partners using predefined qualification criteria, including:
- Licensing status
- 503A / 503B designation
- GLP-1 fulfillment capabilities
- State licensure and reciprocity
- Shipping coverage
- Turnaround times
- Operational readiness
Gather accurate information while maintaining a professional and consultative approach.
Pipeline Management
Maintain detailed and organized CRM records, documenting outreach activities, qualification status, and next steps to ensure complete visibility across the partnership pipeline.
Facilitate Internal Handoffs
Schedule qualified introduction meetings with our Partnerships leadership team, providing all relevant context to enable productive conversations.
Follow-Up & Relationship Building
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective partners who may not yet be ready to engage, recognizing that pharmaceutical partnership cycles often require long-term relationship building.
Reporting
Provide regular updates on outreach activity, qualification progress, pipeline health, and partnership opportunities.
