Influencer & Creator Partnerships Coordinator

About the Role

LumiMeds is hiring a hands-on Influencer and Creator Partnerships Coordinator to own the end-to-end execution of our creator program. This is a fully remote contract role that sits at the intersection of relationship management, content operations, and quality control, supporting a growing influencer, UGC, and provider content strategy.

 

You will manage our full creator roster across influencer, UGC, and licensed provider talent, handling all outreach, negotiation, contracts, and whitelisted creator marketplace management from start to finish.

What You'll Own

• All influencer, UGC creator, and provider content creator outreach, from prospecting through first contact
• Rate negotiation and deliverable scoping with creators at every tier
• Contract coordination, including tracking signatures, deadlines, and compliance with agreed terms
• Onboarding and managing creators within our whitelisted creator marketplace
• Day-to-day creator communications and relationship maintenance
• Quality review of content submissions before they go to approval, flagging anything that does not meet brand or compliance standards
• Campaign logistics, coordinating posting schedules, asset collection, and deadline tracking across multiple active creators

What This Role Does Not Own

• Creative strategy and scripting (led by our Social Media Manager)
• Final content approval (reviewed and approved by Social Media Manager)
• Outreach copy approval (submitted for sign-off before sending)
• Brand and campaign strategy (set at the leadership level)

This is a role for someone who thrives in execution and takes pride in running an airtight process, not someone looking to own creative direction from day one.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in influencer marketing, talent management, creator partnerships, or a similar role
• Comfortable owning outreach and negotiation independently once aligned on parameters
• Experience with influencer platforms or whitelisted creator marketplaces (e.g., TikTok Creator Marketplace, Aspire, Grin, Modash, or similar)
• Strong communicator with a professional and warm outreach style
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously without close supervision
• Familiarity with contract basics and deliverable tracking
• Understanding of FTC disclosure requirements and platform content policies
• Self-directed and reliable working fully remotely as a contractor

Nice to Have

• Experience in health, wellness, or a regulated industry
• Background working with UGC creators or licensed professional talent (MDs, NPs, PAs)
• Comfort with basic quality review for branded content

What You'll Work With

• A Social Media Manager who writes scripts, sets strategy, and approves all outreach and content
• A creative team for visual direction and brand standards
• An established roster of influencers, UGC creators, and licensed health expert creators to manage from day one
