🌎 About the Role
We’ve landed multiple Enterprise customers with +100,000 employees to roll out an end-2-end IGA platform and we’re looking for a product manager to help us get our IGA product to become Enterprise ready. You’ll play the lead role in making Lumos the go-to solution for enterprises managing complex identity workflows. You’ll be reporting into the Head of Product and collaborating with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to enable them to deliver identity solutions at an Enterprise scale.
✨ Your Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Own and define the vision for Lumos’ IGA product in the Enterprise. Shape the long-term roadmap based on a deep understanding of enterprise identity needs.
- Enterprise Integration: Work closely with engineering and customers to ensure Lumos integrates seamlessly with enterprise systems, such as ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams. Drive interoperability with core enterprise tools to ensure easy onboarding and adoption.
- User Research: Leverage data from customer conversations, user feedback, and usage metrics to build an informed product roadmap. Translate complex identity security challenges into clear, actionable product features that meet customer needs.
- Platform Development: Work hand-in-hand with engineering teams to enhance our core platform components that drive faster development and a more seamless experience for engineering teams across Lumos.
- Team Leadership: Guide a highly skilled, engineering-heavy team by providing clear direction, prioritizing initiatives, and fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous learning. Hold the team accountable for execution while driving innovation.
🙌 What We Value
- Identity Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in product management, with a deep focus on identity.
- Technical Expertise: A strong technical background, with in-depth knowledge of cloud platforms and enterprise applications, both legacy and SaaS-based.
- Product Leadership: Proven track record of leading products in an engineering-heavy environment, navigating complex technical challenges and working with platform engineers to scale solutions.
💰Pay Range
- $145,000 - $230,000. Note that this range is a good faith estimate of likely pay for this role; upon hire, the pay may differ due to skill and/or level of experience.
