Essential Functions 

  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across business units (ex: sales, finance, operations, engineering) to develop analyses & documentation that optimize business & system processes.
  • Formally initiate, facilitate, & deliver business, process & system requirements.
  • Conduct workshops with stakeholders to discuss & clarify requirements and solution details – and prioritize requirements while identifying gaps, assumptions & dependencies.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement - recommend solutions.
  • Document and define end-to-end processes & solutions aligned with stakeholder needs & defined standards.
  • Support the development & testing team – provide clarification on requirements, perform walkthrough & knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Develop personas, use cases, testing plans, and user acceptance criteria for development & testing teams to approve releases.
  • Conduct process & system analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems.
  • Respond to stakeholder questions & concerns with supporting research and recommendations.
  • Provide concise and meaningful updates on assigned work to all stakeholders.
  • Performs other duties as assigned, including departmental & cross-functional projects. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required                                                                                                                              

  • High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office; able to create reports, presentations, and project documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills.

Other Experience & Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience performing business analysis activities including facilitating, generating process requirements, documentation and reports.
  • Experience with Jira, Nintex, Lucidchart, TMForum and Salesforce a plus, yet not required.
  • Experience with Requirements Writing & Requirements Review.
  • Entrepreneurial & self-motivation skills necessary.
