This is a high-impact, high-trust role at the center of Lunar Energy's commercial organization. You'll be the operational backbone for the VP of Revenue and the broader commercial team; owning our VP of Revenue’s calendar, orchestrating logistics, supporting and managing events, and ensuring the right information reaches the right people at the right time. On a given day at Lunar, you’ll likely…
- Manage complex internal and external calendaring for the VP of Revenue, including prioritization, conflict resolution, and proactive protection of time for strategic priorities; coordinate scheduling across the commercial team and cross-functional stakeholders
- Monitor and triage the VP of Revenue's inbox, drafting communications on their behalf and tracking action items from key meetings to ensure follow-through across the team
- Plan and execute events end-to-end, including trade show exhibitions, internal team offsites, VIP customer visits, executive demos, and working sessions — handling venue sourcing, staffing, vendor management, and on-site support
- Welcome and host onsite visitors including customers, candidates, and partners, ensuring a polished experience from arrival to close
- Book and manage all travel for the VP of Revenue, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries; handle changes and disruptions with minimal friction
- Support VIP customer engagement through gifting programs and high-touch touchpoints, partnering with Design and Marketing on selection, procurement, personalization, and timely delivery
- Gather, synthesize, and deliver business-critical information to the VP of Revenue and commercial leadership; prepare briefings, agendas, and meeting recaps to keep leadership informed and aligned
- Support board meeting preparation, coordinating materials, logistics, and communication across stakeholders
- Serve as connective tissue across teams, facilitating communication and follow-through on cross-functional initiatives
- Oversee expense reporting for the VP of Revenue and their direct reports, including review and approval through the company's expense platform
Desired Skills:
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting VP-level or above, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth or commercial environment
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder calendars and competing priorities with poise and good judgment
- Experience planning and executing events, trade shows, or corporate offsites, with strong organizational and project management skills to match
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interface with senior executives, customers, and external partners
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information
- Self-starter who operates independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments; comfortable navigating change without a lot of hand-holding
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and modern productivity tools; familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems and travel booking platforms a plus

Our Compensation Philosophy: Our goal is to ensure that all Lunar Energy employees are fairly compensated. Please note that the salary range information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position provided pursuant to the Pay Transparency for Pay Equity Act for California applicants. The salary range estimate for this position depending on level of experience is $120,000-$165,000 USD
The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package & benefits, will be at the company’s sole discretion, and determined by factors including but not limited to years of experience, job level, geographic location, and other relevant business considerations.
