Graphic Designer
Diversity matters
We are building a brand that represents the people of the world. It’s what you do that counts, and we are always looking to expand perspectives and voices to shape our future. We see you, we celebrate you, we want you!
Who we are
You might know us as the inventors of the bath bomb, but there’s more to this great-smelling, partly employee-owned, family-run company than pioneering cosmetics. We believe our business should put more back into the world than it takes and demonstrate that capitalism can be a force for good.
The Graphic Designer plays an essential role in growing talent in our business through collaboration and sharing best practices with the Graphic Design team. You know how to be curious about their opportunities and how to be real with feedback and support.
The Graphic Designer works collaboratively with the Brand Team to develop design and execute graphic concepts that meet the business objectives and advance our brand strategy. They are responsible for creating visual concepts that inspire and captivate our consumer while creating a consistent brand representation across all materials, with a special focus on print production, including developing creative ideas and concepts to prepping files and assets for print and digital. The Graphic Designer spends a lot of time in the production world, supporting with execution as well as developing streamlined processes that support the production team and the larger organization.
As a growing business, Lush needs people who can adapt and evolve to the needs of our business, analyze and respond to our learners’ needs. Our Lush staff live with purpose, finding their personal value connection with the values of our business, bringing their work and life paths into one holistic journey. #mylushlife

About Lush
Since establishing in 1995 in Poole, Dorset, Lush has been driven by innovation and its ethics. Creators of pioneering beauty products such as the fizzing bath bomb, shower jellies and solid shampoo bars, we place emphasis on fresh ingredients like organic fruits and vegetables, fight against animal testing and combat over-packaging by developing products that can be sold ‘naked’ to the customer without any packaging.
We currently operate in 52 countries with 928 global shops. Through our separate business divisions, we invent, manufacture and sell our handmade products directly to our customers through our own shops and online. The fact that we make all our products by hand is something we are really rather proud of!
At LUSH, we believe when we continue to foster a culture of inclusion and respect within a diverse workforce, we are doing our part in building a world where there is equal opportunity for all. Our business practices strive to leverage the gift that diversity brings. Lush is committed to providing accessible employment practices. Requests for accommodation can be made at any stage of the recruitment process. Applicants are asked to please make their needs/requirements known. LUSH North America unequivocally supports equal opportunity employment for all applicants regardless of religion, race, colour, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, ancestry, differently abled, adverse mental health, and other characteristics both defined, protected and enforced by the law under federal or provincial jurisdiction.
