Account Executive
Luster is a cutting-edge Predictive Enablement™ platform that helps sales teams close skill gaps before they impact performance. Luster Diagnoses skill gaps, Predicts where those gaps are about to erode revenue, and Prescribes the enablement needed to close those gaps before they ever impact a customer. By utilizing hyper-realistic AI simulations and real-time skill insights, Luster empowers sales reps to master key techniques like objection handling and discovery. Backed by High Alpha, Luster creates tailored practice environments with custom customer personas, ensuring sales teams consistently perform at their best.
Luster is looking to hire our first Account Executives! You’ll work closely with and report directly to the CEO. This is an early role, with the opportunity to help evolve and build our sales process.
What You’ll Do:
- Thoughtfully educate Luster’s prospects on the value and necessity of the product and then effectively demonstrate how our solution will alleviate their needs
- Manage complex sales showing the value in the services our team provides and the technology we’ve built
- Help expand the rapidly growing market by leveraging your sales skills to grow our pipeline, expand our brand, and ultimately, increase revenue by closing deals
- Gain insights on the prospect’s primary issues, communicate the opportunity for our solution to create resolution, and use those insights for product feedback to our development team
- Manage both inbound and outbound customer communication
- Drive revenue by proactively reaching out to both existing and prospective customers
- Negotiate contracts with customers and successfully close deals
- Use your passion for software sales to anticipate customer needs and questions, listen well, and nurture crucial relationships with our clients
- Learn and effectively communicate pricing models as we continue to define and modify them in our early stage company
What You’ll Need:
- 2+ years sales experience at a B2B SaaS company, ideally you’re experienced in selling Enablement Technology
- A successful sales record in B2B SaaS and a relentless desire and ability to generate pipeline and close deals
- A growth mindset and willingness to go the extra mile for the team’s success, not just personal wins
- Ability and desire to generate your own pipeline, cold call, and sequence
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and co-workers
- A focus on learning and crushing our repeatable sales process
- Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow in a startup environment
- An ability to move quickly, multi-task, and adapt to our rapidly changing and growing market
- Desire to join a fast growing startup and build from the ground up

Compensation: $180k OTE, $90k base
