We’re looking to connect with Nurse Practitioners who want their work to mean something — advanced practice clinicians who bring clinical excellence, leadership, and purpose to infusion care.
Why This Role Matters
As a Nurse Practitioner in an Ambulatory Infusion Suite, you play a critical role in ensuring patients receive safe, evidence‑based specialty therapies while supporting high clinical standards across care delivery teams.
In this role, you’ll contribute to work that:

Your leadership ensures infusion care is not only effective — but reassuring, consistent, and patient‑centered.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:

- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, prescribe medications, and oversee infusion administration within scope of practice
- Provide direct patient care, including physical exams, interpretation of lab results, and medication management
- Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapies to support adherence, safety, and confidence
- Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and support staff to coordinate clinical care and staffing workflows
- Optimize patient scheduling and clinical operations across one or more infusion suite locations
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)
- Manage medication and supply inventory in alignment with clinical and regulatory standards
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, payer, and accreditation requirements (HIPAA, credentialing, etc.)
- Lead quality assurance initiatives, accreditation readiness, and performance improvement efforts
- Mentor, supervise, and support clinical staff development and training
- Respond to patient concerns and medical emergencies within professional scope
- Support multi‑site clinical oversight and best‑practice alignment as needed
What We’re Looking For
You may be a great fit if you bring:
- Strong clinical judgment and confidence in infusion‑based care
- A patient‑centered approach grounded in safety, education, and empathy
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Comfort balancing clinical delivery with operational oversight
- A proactive mindset focused on quality improvement and best practices
Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
- Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification
- Three (3) or more years of experience managing patients on specialty infusion medications
- Five (5) or more years of infusion therapy experience in an Ambulatory Infusion Suite or Clinic environment
You don’t need to check every box — we care just as much about how you lead and care for patients as your years of experience.
