- Support testing, validation, and refinement of solutions to ensure high quality and usability
- Partner in UAT planning, define test scenarios, and support training and enablement efforts
- Bring thoughtfulness, reliability, and follow‑through to your work
- Identify and implement better ways to serve patients, providers, and teammates

You may be a great fit if you bring:
- Experience in specialty infusion, medical infusion, specialty pharmacy, or related healthcare operations (2+ years)
- Strong ability to document and analyze complex workflows and translate them into structured requirements
- A deep understanding of how operational processes connect to patient and provider experiences
- Clear communication and effective collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams
- Proven ability to work independently from high‑level direction and engage stakeholders in meaningful discovery
- Strong ownership and accountability for your work and outcomes
- Comfort learning, adapting, and growing in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment
- A desire to be part of a team that values empathy and high standards
Bonus if you have:
- Direct experience with specialty infusion intake workflows
- Familiarity with CareTend or similar healthcare platforms
- Exposure to workflow automation or system integration initiatives
