See your work in a new light.
At LUX Infusion, we’re reimagining infusion care to be more human, supportive, and connected. Inspired by lux—meaning light - we guide patients, providers, and partners through complex therapies with clarity, compassion, and confidence.
As a clinician-led, U.S.-based organization, we put people first - helping patients feel seen and supported through faster therapy starts, dedicated care coordination, and meaningful collaboration. Our commitment to inclusion, diversity, equity, and advancement (IDEA) is central to our culture, ensuring every team member feels valued and empowered to make a difference.
We’re looking for a Nursing Education & Practice Partner who wants their work to mean something—someone who brings care, accountability, and purpose to what they do every day.
Why This Role Matters
This role plays an important part in helping LUX Infusion deliver a patient-first experience by strengthening nursing education, supporting clinical practice excellence, and ensuring successful adoption of evolving technology and systems. As a bridge between Nursing, IT, and Learning & Development, you'll help ensure clinicians have the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need to provide exceptional care.
In this role, you’ll contribute to work that:

- Supports clinicians and partners through clarity, reliability, and trust
- Advances nursing practice through education, continuous learning, and technology adoption
- Drives successful implementation of nursing software, workflow, and system improvements
- Moves work forward in a growing, clinician-led organization focused on better outcomes
Everything we do connects back to real people navigating complex healthcare journeys—and this role helps make that journey brighter.
What You’ll Do
Responsibilities include:
- Lead learning, training, and adoption efforts for nursing software, technology, and workflow changes from planning through implementation
- Deliver ongoing nursing education programs, quarterly in-services, and targeted learning initiatives that reinforce best practices and clinical excellence
- Collaborate closely with Nursing Leadership, IT, and Learning & Development teams to ensure education supports operational and clinical needs
- Evaluate nursing workflows and identify opportunities to strengthen processes, system utilization, and staff understanding
- Partner with stakeholders to identify learning gaps and develop effective solutions that support adoption and performance
- Provide clinical expertise and validation to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with real-world nursing practice
- Support professional development and a culture of continuous learning across Nursing teams
- Bring thoughtfulness, reliability, and follow-through to your work
- Identify and implement better ways to serve patients, providers, and teammates
What We’re Looking For
You may be a great fit if you bring:
- Active or previous experience as a licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
- Experience in nursing education, clinical education, or practice-based training
- Strong understanding of nursing workflows and clinical practice environments
- Deep care about the human impact of your work
- Clear communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Strong ownership and accountability for your responsibilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively across Nursing, IT, and Learning & Development teams
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence without direct authority
- Comfort learning, adapting, and growing in a dynamic environment
- A systems-thinking mindset with the ability to evaluate workflows, processes, and opportunities for improvement
- A desire to be part of a team that values empathy and high standards
You don’t need to check every box—we care just as much about how you show up as what’s on your resume.
