We’re looking for a Learning & Development Partner - Intake who wants their work to mean something - someone who brings care, accountability, and purpose to what they do every day.
The LUX Infusion Learning & Development Partner – Intake partners with Intake leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and deliver effective learning solutions for employees supporting the patient referral and admissions process. This role owns the development and continuous improvement of structured onboarding, role-based training, workflow education, and performance-support resources across Intake functions. The Partner develops and maintains a strong working knowledge of Intake roles, workflows, systems, and performance expectations while actively designing, developing, facilitating, and evaluating learning solutions. This role translates complex operational workflows and system processes into clear, practical learning experiences that prepare employees to perform accurately, confidently, and independently.

What You’ll Do
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of Intake roles, workflows, systems, policies, and performance expectations to effectively support employee learning and development.
- Partner with Intake leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify learning needs, clarify performance expectations, establish priorities, and validate training content.
- Design, develop, facilitate, and continuously improve structured onboarding, role-based learning, refresher training, cross-training, and workflow-change education across Intake functions.
- Deliver engaging instructor-led, virtual, blended, and hands-on training on Intake systems, workflows, processes, and role-specific responsibilities.
- Translate complex operational processes into clear, practical learning resources, including facilitator guides, learner materials, simulations, practice activities, job aids, assessments, and digital learning content.
- Develop learning plans that support employee progression from foundational training through guided practice, shadowing, and independent job performance.
- Assess learner understanding and readiness through knowledge checks, skills demonstrations, practice activities, and observation; provide feedback to learners and communicate progress and support needs to Intake leaders.
- Partner with operational leaders to establish clear handoffs from formal training to on-the-job practice, coaching, and ongoing performance management.
- Maintain accurate, current, and standardized learning materials by monitoring workflow, system, policy, and regulatory changes and coordinating timely reviews with designated subject matter experts.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness using assessment results, learner feedback, stakeholder input, and available performance data; identify whether performance gaps require learning or non-learning solutions and implement appropriate improvements.
- Maintain training assignments, completion records, assessments, curricula, and related documentation within the learning management system and other designated platforms.
- Manage assigned learning projects, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication while balancing changing priorities and applying established L&D standards and adult-learning principles.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Five years of experience in learning and development, training, instructional design, healthcare operations, or a related area
- Demonstrated experience facilitating operational or systems-based training
- Experience creating structured onboarding programs and performance-support materials
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in or supporting healthcare Intake, admissions, patient access, referral management, benefits verification, prior authorization, reimbursement, or related functions strongly preferred.
- Experience in specialty pharmacy, home infusion, ambulatory infusion, or another complex healthcare environment preferred
- Experience developing and facilitating learning for operational, systems-based, or workflow-driven roles.

Pay Range/Rate
$85,000 - $90,000 USD
