Acute Sales Liaison

Las Vegas, Nevada, United States

See your work in a new light.

At LUX Infusion, we’re reimagining infusion care to be more human, supportive, and connected. Inspired by lux—meaning light - we guide patients, providers, and partners through complex therapies with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

As a clinician-led, U.S.-based organization, we put people first - helping patients feel seen and supported through faster therapy starts, dedicated care coordination, and meaningful collaboration. Our commitment to inclusion, diversity, equity, and advancement (IDEA) is central to our culture, ensuring every team member feels valued and empowered to make a difference.

We’re looking for an Acute Sales Liaison who wants their work to mean something — someone who brings clinical expertise, clarity, and compassion to moments where patients are preparing to continue care at home.

Why This Role Matters

This role plays an important part in helping LUX Infusion deliver a patient‑first experience by ensuring patients and caregivers feel informed, confident, and supported when transitioning from the hospital to home infusion therapy.

In this role, you’ll contribute to work that:

  • Helps patients safely and confidently manage infusion therapy outside of the hospital
  • Supports hospitals, physicians, and care teams through seamless discharge and referral coordination
  • Strengthens continuity of care during critical transition moments

Everything we do connects back to real people navigating complex healthcare journeys — and this role helps turn uncertainty into understanding at a pivotal point in care.

What You’ll Do

The Acute Sales Liaison role is designed to bridge the gap between clinical care and sales, ensuring that patients receive timely, compliant, and patient-centered infusion therapy while supporting revenue growth through effective provider relationships and referral coordination.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generating acute infusion referrals through the sales process, identifying and engaging potential patients and providers
  • Collaborating internally with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations teams to coordinate patient care and ensure compliance with clinical standards
  • Engaging externally with case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and social workers to advocate for patients and align care with organizational goals
  • Supporting patient education and bedside training for patients and caregivers before discharge
  • Maintaining strong relationships with referral sources, building trust and driving sales in the territory
  • Coordinating follow-up with physicians’ offices, nursing staff, and sales representatives to resolve barriers to patient progression
  • Compiling patient reports and assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Travel to meet with providers, attend conferences, and support business activities

Required Qualifications

  • Active RN license in good standing (compact license preferred)
  • 3+ years of related work experience in specialty infusion therapy patient care
  • Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with both clinical and business partners
  • Organizational and technical skills to manage multiple priorities and use Microsoft Office and related software
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in nursing (preferred but not required)
  • Pharmacy software knowledge a plus

What We’re Looking For

You may be a great fit if you bring:

  • Deep care about patient education and safe transitions of care
  • Strong clinical knowledge of infusion therapies and home infusion models
  • Confidence teaching patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals across settings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to assess patient readiness, environment, and safety for home care
  • Comfort collaborating with hospital teams, internal partners, and sales liaisons
  • Proficiency with clinical documentation systems and computer applications
  • A creative, resourceful approach to problem‑solving and patient support
  • A professional, positive demeanor and commitment to ethical practice

You don’t need to check every box — we care just as much about how you connect with patients and care teams as your specific background.
