With a strong foundation in place, we are seeking a CEO who can scale the business through both organic growth and strategic acquisition. 

What You’ll Be Responsible For.. 

As the CEO of DKB Innovative, you will be fully responsible for the company’s strategy, operations, and performance. This is a hands-on, growth-oriented leadership role. 

Core Responsibilities: 

• Vision & Strategy: Set the strategic direction for the business and align the team around long-term goals. 

• Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring performance, accountability, and client satisfaction. 

• Financial Management: Own the P&L of a multi-million-dollar business. Drive financial discipline, budgeting, and forecasting. 

• Organic Growth: Build and scale the go-to-market engine—including sales, marketing, and client success—to fuel ongoing growth. 

• Inorganic Growth: Lead strategic acquisitions (bolt-ons) by sourcing deals, conducting due diligence, and integrating new businesses. 

• Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team. Set the tone for a healthy, results-oriented, and accountable culture. 

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Lyra’s leadership team, sharing insights and best practices with peer CEOs across the portfolio. 

Ideal Candidate Profile 

• Proven P&L ownership experience—ideally as a CEO, GM, COO, or Division President of a services-based business. 

• Strong leadership presence with excellent people development and change management skills. 

• A builder’s mindset—comfortable with ambiguity, entrepreneurial, and execution-oriented. 

• Experience in technology-enabled services, MSP/IT services, B2B services, or adjacent industries is highly preferred. 

• Familiarity with sales strategy, financial analysis, and operational KPIs. 

• M&A experience (sourcing, evaluating, integrating) is a plus. 

• Humility, grit, and a desire to build a great business over the long term. 

Compensation & Work Structure 

• Base Salary: Up to $250,000 per year, based on experience. 

• Bonus Structure: Performance-based annual bonus. 

• Work Model: Hybrid; in-office presence expected during the initial onboarding/training period. Long-term hybrid schedule negotiable. 

• Relocation: Relocation support available for the right candidate; preference given to candidates currently based in or near the Dallas Metro Area.
