Lyra Technology Group is seeking a Business Development Representative for one of their operating companies, Integrated Technology Group. As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in expanding our client base.

Your work as a Business Development Representative will include several components:
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person networking
- Manage and update our CRM with lead activity and follow-ups
- Assist in organizing events, webinars, and partner-driven initiatives
- Follow up on referrals and inbound interest quickly and professionally
- Master the services we offer so you can speak confidently about how we help our clients
- Understand our ideal customer profile and refine outreach accordingly
- Proactively build relationships with key referral partners
- Contribute to a growing sales pipeline that drives predictable revenue
Our ideal Business Development Representative has the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
- Dynamic personality that thrives with client engagement
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Sales-driven mindset with strong outreach skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and hungry to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Bonus points for experience with MSPs or a healthcare-related field.
Compensation: $45,000 base + uncapped commission structure
