Project/Account Manager - LCS
Lyra Technology Group is a private equity-backed holding company that invests and operates industry leading technology service businesses. Our companies are operated independently by exceptional management teams. Companies that join our group retain the employees, name, and culture that have made them successful. As a platform of Evergreen Services Group, we never divest from businesses we partner with and approach every decision with the goal of driving sustainable and healthy growth over the long term.
We made our first acquisition at the beginning of 2018. Today, we hold a controlling stake in 100+ companies across the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. Our companies employ over 3,000 team members, each led by their own management team, and provide world-class support to over 12,000 clients.
Lyra Cloud Services (LCS) is seeking a Project / Account Manager to serve as a front-line owner of customer engagements, ensuring seamless delivery execution while supporting new business across our portfolio.
Role Overview
• The Project / Account Manager owns customer communication, delivery
governance, and execution consistency across Lyra Cloud Services (LCS)
engagements. In addition, this role serves as a front-line owner for inbound
opportunities and early-stage customer conversations, ensuring new business is
qualified, structured, and transitioned cleanly into delivery.
• This role is critical to scaling LCS beyond founder-led motion into a repeatable,
high-throughput delivery and customer experience engine.
Key Responsibilities
• Delivery & Account Ownership
• Own day-to-day customer communication across Assess, Mobilize, and early
migration engagements
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate internal engineers and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
• Maintain delivery governance, status reporting, and executive updates
• Keep engineers focused on technical execution by absorbing delivery and admin
overhead
• New Business & Opportunity Intake
• Serve as the initial point of contact for inbound LCS opportunities (AWS referrals,
partner leads, direct inquiries)
• Qualify incoming opportunities and coordinate internal handoff to architecture and
leadership
• Schedule and facilitate discovery calls alongside the Senior Cloud Architect
• Ensure new engagements are properly scoped, documented, and positioned for
delivery success
• Maintain momentum from first conversation through signed SOW / project kickoff
• Throughput & Scale
• Increase throughput across multiple concurrent Assess and Mobilize projects
• Partner with Finance/Ops to ensure MAP milestones, invoicing, and compliance
requirements are met
• Identify expansion opportunities and clean handoffs into migration or managed
services
• Contribute to repeatable intake, delivery, and customer communication playbooks
What Success Looks Like...
• New inbound opportunities are handled quickly, professionally, and consistently
• Customers experience a seamless transition from first conversation to delivery
• Projects deliver on time, on scope, and with high customer confidence
• Architects and engineers stay focused on technical work, not coordination or admin
• LCS can run multiple opportunities and deliveries in parallel without founder
bottlenecks
Qualifications
• 5+ years in technical project management, account management, or customer
delivery roles
• Experience working with cloud, SaaS, or professional services engagements
• Comfortable fielding early-stage customer conversations and qualifying
opportunities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and executive
audiences
• Highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented
• Familiarity with AWS projects or cloud delivery motions preferred
Salary: $80,000-$100,000 & Work Model: Remote
