VP Associate Director, Client Service

Open Position: VP Associate Director, Client Service - Hashtag Health 

Overview:

Internally, you lead with clarity and purpose—ensuring every deliverable is strategically grounded, creatively strong, and tied to real business impact. 

 Role & Responsibilities:

• Own and grow senior client relationships as a trusted advisor, leading presentations, QBRs, and day-to-day communications with confidence and polish  
• Build strong rapport and influence across stakeholders, ensuring clients value the partnership 
• Drive organic account growth by identifying new opportunities and shaping scopes aligned to business goals  
• Support new business efforts, including pitch development and strategic storytelling
• Oversee account financials, including forecasting, scoping, and profitability
• Lead MLR processes and Veeva submissions with precision and compliance rigor
• Direct cross-functional teams across Strategy, Creative, Analytics, and PM with clear, actionable guidance  
• Foster a collaborative, accountable team environment that elevates the quality of work  
• Monitor competitive landscape and adjust strategies to maintain impact and relevance 

 Experience:

• 5-7+ years pharma agency experience (PR, advertising, or med comm) with branded and unbranded campaign expertise (social-first preferred)  
• Strong understanding of social within regulated environments, including MLR/Veeva processes 
• Proven ability to manage budgets, grow accounts, and drive business impact  
• Excellent communication skills with executive presence and strong client instincts  
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment  
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and live events
