We are seeking a Project Integrator to manage and support the technologies enabling the customers training suite. This role will oversee hardware, software, network systems, and cloud environments that drive secure, real-time communications and support field exercises. You’ll serve as a bridge between technical execution and program oversight—ensuring operational continuity, modernization, and mission readiness.
Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with Polygraph
Core Responsibilities:

Lead the integration, operation, maintenance, and modernization of complex technical systems used for training delivery.

Manage communications and beaconing solutions, including ATAK-based platforms.

Oversee mobile device customization and lifecycle management (Android, tablets, laptops).

Support cloud infrastructure management and security compliance.
-
Provide technical leadership across system integration, upgrades, troubleshooting, and data protection.

Execute and maintain Assessment and Authorization (A&A) compliance processes.

Ensure continuity of operations by backfilling technical teammates as needed.

Gather new technical requirements in support of Sponsor's evolving training needs.
Required Skills & Experience:

Proven success managing complex technical programs with programmatic discipline.

Administration of communication and beaconing systems (e.g., ATAK hardware/software).

Cloud infrastructure management expertise.
-
Experience customizing and managing Android-based devices for mission use.

Knowledge of system A&A processes (ICD 503 or related).

Hands-on experience managing mobile and desktop devices in field conditions.

Strong background with firewalls, switches, routers, WAN/LAN networks.

Experience with encryption, VPNs, and securing data in sensitive environments.

Familiarity with data retention and regulatory compliance practices.

Demonstrated ability to lead technically and collaborate across diverse teams.
Desired Qualifications:

Experience with Sponsor-specific A&A processes and documentation.

Familiarity with push-to-talk communication tools.

Experience with Microsoft cloud ecosystem: Azure, Entra, Office 365, Teams.

Proficiency in using map-based imagery and situational awareness tools.
