Data Analyst II (Hybrid Schedule)
Description Summary:
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Data Analyst II to join our growing Data & Analytics team. This mid-level role is ideal for a self-starter with strong experience in SQL and Python, a passion for data modeling, and a drive to deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports. You’ll support both internal stakeholders and our Insight BI product, playing a key role in delivering scalable, high-impact analytics.
Essential Duties:
The duties listed below are the essential functions of this position, and they may change as the needs of the company demand. All associates are expected to do what is necessary to get the work done and to cooperate fully with their supervisor’s requests for additional or altered duties.
- Design, build, and maintain Sisense Cubes and Dashboards for customer-facing analytics and internal reporting.
- Develop and manage SSRS-based exports to support recurring operational and client data needs.
- Clean, transform, and model data to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance across use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into impactful analytics solutions.
- Monitor data pipelines and proactively address data quality and integrity issues.
- Participate in Scrum-based agile development cycles, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Training/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required, with strong preference for majors in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-focused role.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Sisense or other enterprise BI Tool certification preferred
- Snowflake and/or Databricks certifications preferred
Professional Requirements:
- Proven expertise in Python, SQL, and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with SSRS and building interactive dashboards using enterprise BI tools.
- Understanding of CI/CD workflows and modern software development practices.
- Experience with Sisense preferred
- Experience with Azure DevOps preferred
- Experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.
- Ability to perform work on a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to work in the office regularly, or pivot to working at home should emergency situations arise.
- Ability to attend work per assigned schedule and attend meetings with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to bend and lift up to 25 lbs.
