Strategic Alliance Program Specialist
Description Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Strategic Alliance Program Specialist to support the execution and growth of our third-party partnership program. This role will play a critical part in driving operational success, partner engagement, and cross-functional alignment. As a key member of the Strategic Alliances team, you will help evaluate opportunities, onboard new partners, track deliverables, manage enablement content, and support go-to-market execution. Essential Duties:
The duties listed below are the essential functions of this position, and they may change as the needs of the company demand. All associates are expected to do what is necessary to get the work done and to cooperate fully with their supervisor’s requests for additional or altered duties.
- Assist with compiling and analyzing data for partner opportunities and customer experience improvement.
- Coordinate onboarding and activation of new partners across sales, marketing, product, and customer success.
- Project manage cross-functional initiatives related to partnerships—tracking milestones, owners, and outcomes.
- Support the execution of go-to-market (GTM) plans including joint campaigns, webinars, and content deliverables.
- Maintain the partnership enablement hub (playbooks, sales collateral, partner decks, FAQs).
- Collaborate with internal teams to track partnership KPIs (adoption, engagement, revenue contribution, support activity) and generate reports.
- Facilitate internal alignment between teams (Sales, Product, Legal, Finance, Marketing) during partner engagements.
- Prepare presentations and briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
- Schedule and facilitate partner meetings, capturing notes, decisions, and next steps.
- Assist supervisor with managing data for reporting and analysis used for various outlets such as Exec Meetings, Business Cases, New Initiative Recommendations, etc.
- Coordinate and facilitate partner database management processes (partner lifecycle, sales activity, status tracking).
- Create and distribute partner communications (newsletters, updates, key dates).
- Collaborate with sales to ensure branding and messaging consistency in partner-facing materials.
- Document processes and SOPs to improve scale and efficiency of the M3 Strategic Alliance Program.
- Manage partner profiles and listings in directories, websites, and collateral.
- Support event planning for partner roundtables, webinars, and conferences.
- Help prioritize inbound partnership requests and facilitate intake process.
- Monitor key dates and contract renewals for existing partnerships.
- Gather partner feedback and translate it into internal action items or improvement opportunities.
- Assist with marketing asset creation by collaborating with the marketing team.
- Continuously improve internal tools and workflows to support smoother partner operations.
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Training/Experience:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a directly related position required.
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Project Management Professional certification preferred.
- Must have excellent written and verbal skills in English.
- Must have detailed knowledge of the hospitality back office and a variety of hospitality software applications.
- Specific Hospitality and/or accounting certifications and trainings are welcomed and desired.
- Previous experience with strategic alliances or partnerships is preferred.
- Must be able to build and maintain positive business relationships with co-workers and other business contacts.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.
- Ability to perform work on a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to work in the office regularly, or pivot to working at home should emergency situations arise.
- Ability to attend work per assigned schedule and attend meetings with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to lift and move light to moderate items occasionally without reasonable accommodation
