Demand Generation Specialist
About the Role
mabl is looking for a data-driven, execution-oriented Demand Generation Specialist to own and optimize our inbound demand generation strategy. You will be the primary partner for our inside sales teams, ensuring that every hand-raiser, webinar attendee, and event lead is captured, nurtured, and converted into high-quality pipeline—building and maintaining the high-velocity side of our revenue engine. You’ll support our outbound marketing efforts through a range of tactics, including field events, email, direct mail, tradeshows, webinars, and more.
What You’ll Do
- Optimize the Inbound Funnel: Partner regularly with sales to monitor lead quality, improve follow-up, and gather feedback on campaign effectiveness.
- Execute High-Impact Programs: Own the end-to-end logistics for mabl-hosted events, 3rd-party tradeshows, from venue sourcing to post-show attribution.
- Digital Program Management: Lead the execution of our webinar program and digital events. You’ll build the campaigns in Marketo, coordinate with speakers, and own the promotion strategy.
- Nurture & Database Health: Manage and optimize mabl’s automated email nurture streams. You’ll ensure we are sending the right message to the right person at the right time based on their behavior.
- Performance Reporting: Collaborate with RevOps to socialize ROI for every event and digital program. You’ll use data to decide which programs to scale and which to cut.
- Experimentation: Run A/B tests on landing pages, ad copy, and email subject lines to constantly move the needle on conversion rates.
You Could Be a Great Fit If:
- You have 2+ years of hands-on experience in Demand Gen or Field Marketing (ideally in B2B SaaS).
- You are comfortable "under the hood" of marketing automation. You know how to build a program, track a lead, and pull a report, ideally within Salesforce and Marketo.
- You enjoy partnering with sales. You understand their world and are passionate about giving them the tools and leads they need to hit their quota.
- You can manage a 3rd-party trade show booth, a webinar launch, and an email nurture update simultaneously without breaking a sweat.
- You don't just report numbers; you look for the "why" behind the data.
- You work well in a self-driven environment with many team members being remote from your location
Some travel is required to support in-person events and tradeshows.
Salary will be based on experience. Base salary starting at $90k plus bonus and stock options.
